By accessing papag.co.in or using our mobile app PAPA G, you agree to abide by the following terms.

2. PAPA G – Our Digital Initiative

PAPA G is a registered digital service operated directly under the authority of Sankram Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. It is designed to unify multiple services — including UPI payments, financial tools, service booking, e-commerce, education, and health — under a single trusted platform.

All content, services, and brand materials under PAPA G are legally owned and controlled by Sankram Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd.

3. User Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to access financial and transaction-based features.
• All users must ensure information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
• Unauthorized access or fraud will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

4. Product & Service Disclaimer

All Ayurvedic products are made using traditional herbal knowledge and natural ingredients. Results may vary per individual. PAPA G services are provided as-is, without guarantees unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for evaluating any third-party services accessed via the app.

5. Digital Payments & Transactions

• Digital payments through PAPA G (via ICICI Bank, RBL, PayWorld, Gotar Pay, etc.) are encrypted and follow strict compliance standards.
• We do not store full UPI PINs, passwords, or sensitive card data on our servers.
• Transaction success is the responsibility of the user and respective bank/payment gateway.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Physical product refunds (e.g., Ayurvedic items) can be claimed within 7 days of delivery subject to inspection. Digital transactions (recharges, bill payments, wallet credits) are non-refundable once completed. Service-related cancellations are reviewed case-by-case.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, trademarks, app UI designs, product packaging, and content — including those related to PAPA G — are the sole intellectual property of Sankram Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction or misuse without consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability & Limitation

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, platforms, or services. Users should use the platform responsibly and verify all input data before transactions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any user account found in violation of these Terms or engaged in misuse (including fraudulent referrals, impersonation, or hacking attempts).

10. Amendments

Sankram Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the most current version. Users are advised to review this page regularly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
